1. Use of our tools

ToolNepal provides free, browser-based utilities (calculators, converters, PDF tools, image tools, QR/barcode generators, and Nepali-language converters) for personal, educational, and business use. You may use these tools free of charge, without creating an account.

2. No warranty on calculation accuracy

Calculators covering taxation, EMI/loan interest, IPO profit, GPA/CGPA conversion, and similar financial or academic figures are provided as estimation aids based on publicly available formulas and rates believed accurate at the time of writing. Tax rates, banking formulas, and university grading rules change over time and may vary by institution. Always verify results with an official source (your bank, the Inland Revenue Department, SEBON, or your university) before making financial, legal, or academic decisions. ToolNepal is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on these results.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use ToolNepal for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site; scrape or bulk-automate requests against the site in a way that degrades service for other users; or use generated content (QR codes, barcodes, documents) for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The ToolNepal name, logo, and site design are owned by ToolNepal. Output you generate using our tools (compressed images, converted PDFs, generated QR codes/barcodes, converted text) belongs to you — we make no claim over content you create with our tools.

5. Third-party services

Some tools rely on open-source libraries loaded from third-party CDNs, and the site may display advertising from third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability
